Single origin from Bom Jesus Farm, Brazil. Sweet and smooth. Full of chocolate and caramel flavours with a mild hint of dark cherry. A delicious coffee that is rich and full bodied. This pairs great with milk based drinks and is equally tasty as a cafetiere or other filter methods.
Roasted just past the point of medium to unlock the sweetness and richness this coffee has to offer, while maintaining the specific flavours this coffee is famous for.
This coffee is the product of a long lasting partnership we have with Calum Brough from Cal's Coffee who we are very fortunate to work with. Cal represents his family's farms in Brazil and brings those fantastic coffee's to us in the UK.
