When will my coffee be shipped?
Your order will be posted next working day. Sometimes orders go out the same day depending on our schedule and we will always do our best to get your coffee to you as fast as we can.
How will my order be shipped?
Orders are sent with royal mail. Either Tracked 48 or Tracked 24. Orders above 10kg will be sent via Parcelforce.
How much does shipping cost?
Orders below £20 are £2.99 for Tracked 48, £3.99 Tracked 24.
When will my coffee be roasted?
We roast at least once per week depending on demand. Your coffee will be from the most recent roast batch. The roast date is printed on the back of each coffee bag.
Is fresh coffee better?
In short, yes. But what is ‘fresh’? We consider coffee to be fresh up until around 6 weeks after roasting. Coffee requires a resting period after roasting. This should at least be 24 hours but over the course of a few days Co2 is released and the flavour of the coffee will develop. Optimally 1-2 weeks after roasting the beans will be at their best. Stored well, coffee will last beyond the 6 week mark and should be enjoyable for 3 months +.
How should I store my coffee?
Coffee should be stored in an airtight bag or container. Each of our bags are resealable. After opening, reseal the bag and push out any air from the bag. This will help keep your coffee tasting better for longer. Exposure to oxygen slowly degrades the flavour of the coffee, so the less exposed before brewing the better.
Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes. We wish to make as little impact as possible. Our coffee bags are 100% recyclable as is our postal packaging.
